Billing Terms & Conditions

These Billing Terms & Conditions govern all purchases made through docxma.com. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Pricing

3. Billing Cycle

  • All purchases on docxma.com are one-time payments unless stated otherwise.

  • Subscription services (if applicable in the future) will have clearly stated billing cycles (e.g., monthly, annually), and users will be notified before renewal.

4. Order Confirmation

  • After a successful transaction, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

  • The confirmation will include a summary of your order and a link to download the purchased file(s).

5. Invoice & Receipt

  • A digital receipt is automatically issued after purchase.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant download of templates/documents), we do not offer refunds once a file has been downloaded or accessed.

However, if you:

  • Received a corrupted or incorrect file,

  • Encountered a technical issue preventing access,

please contact us within 3 days of purchase at [email protected], and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

7. Fraud Prevention

To prevent fraudulent transactions:

  • We may request verification of identity before completing high-value or suspicious purchases.

  • Any fraudulent activity will be reported to relevant authorities.

8. Currency Conversion & Bank Charges

If you are purchasing from outside Vietnam:

  • Your bank may apply currency conversion rates and international transaction fees.

  • We are not responsible for any such charges imposed by your bank or payment provider.

We reserve the right to update or modify these billing terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
